How far in advance do I need to order custom printed cups?
Our lead times are standard for the cup industry. At the very minimum, for printed cold cups you should allow 10-14 weeks lead time, for printed hot cups, 12-16 weeks lead time, including artwork approval and shipping on both. Lead times vary depending on the type of cup, so please view the appropriate product page for more details. Custom printed sleeves have a lead time of 4-8 weeks.

What’s the benefit of having printed cups?
When a customer leaves your shop carrying a cup with your logo on it, your shop’s name is exposed to hundreds of other potential customers. Custom printed products are one of the easiest, most affordable ways to get your name out there. In addition, having custom printed products adds to the prestige of your business.

Do you offer other products besides cups?

When do you expect payment for my order?
Half of the total order will be due upon approval of art and the product being put into production. The remaining amount is due when we ship your custom printed product.

How much storage is required for printed cups and other products?
The amount of storage space required to warehouse printed cups depends on the size and the type of cups.

Will your company warehouse my cups for me?
We do not offer warehousing at this time.
