Description:

Our custom printed EcoGripstm are made from 35% post consumer recycled content and are 100% recyclable and 100% compostable, and manufacured using a water based glue.  They come in white or kraft (unbleached brown) color.  Similar to java jackets, Sleeves are a cost effective way to market and brand your company because they fit 12, 16, and 20 oz hot cups and are an affordable alternative.  The Cup Sleeves have a heat-activated glue that sticks to the cups to prevent any instability.  Print your logo on them and they become an affordable way to market your business.  Minimum order for printed sleeves is 40 cases.  You can print up to 2 color on the sleeve.

What are the Artwork Fees and Requirements?

  • $200 deposit per size (per design) must be received upon submitting artwork. Proofs will not be provided until deposit is collected. If the customer decides not to move forward with the printed product after receiving the proof, deposit will not be refunded.
  • Eco-Products has a one time $250 art charge for one color logo and $350 art charge for two color logo (per design). Although the deposit can be applied to the art charge, this fee is in addition to the price of the cups. The art charge is non-refundable.
  • Art charges include electronic proofs (received w/in 2 weeks of submitting artwork).
  • Artwork must be submitted in Adobe Illustrator files and in vector format. Text must be converted to outlines. Failure to submit art in proper format will result in a graphic design conversion charge of $50.00 per hour.
  • The first proof edit is free of charge. A $50 fee will be charged for each additional change made to proofs.
  • Maximum of 5 colors per design on hot cups and soup cups, 4 colors per design on cold cups and soufflé cups, and 2 color design for sleeves. Artwork must be submitted with exact PMS color codes. Colors may vary slightly on finished product.
  • Production time for hot cups is 12-14 weeks after proof approval. Production time for cold cups is 8-12 weeks after proof approval. Lead times may vary. Shipping to the customer is in addition to the production time. Rush orders are not available.
  • Free shipping in the continental U.S. on all orders over 100 cases (excluding lids). All orders under 100 cases and/or outside the continental U.S. will pay shipping in addition to cost of cups.
  • Actual cases produced will be within +/- 20% of the ordered quantity. Customer is responsible for full payment of any over-produced cases.
  • Each customer must submit a completed credit application prior to order being placed
  • 50% of the order total is due when signed proofs are submitted. The remaining 50% balance is due when the cups ship to customer. Shipping charges may change between the time the order was quoted and the time the order is shipped.
  • Our in house graphics team can help customers create their artwork from scratch. Cost is $90.00 per hour for graphics work. Customer must remit an additional non-refundable deposit of $270 to begin this process. $270 will be applied towards the first 3 hours of graphic design work. Turnaround times can vary widely depending on the complexity of the artwork.
  • No Returns on printed products

  3. Completely review all of the details, including minimum order, prices, artwork details, warehousing requirements, lead time and other details.

  5. Get us your artwork so we can put together a proof! Artwork formats and details are discussed on each product page.  A $200 deposit is required per type of product for artwork to be completed. This deposit will go towards your purchase; however, if you decide not to place an order, the deposit is nonrefundable. Email your artwork to Brooke@ecoproducts.com.
     
  6. We will email you an artwork proof in 1-2 weeks.
     
  7. If any changes need to be made to the artwork proof, call Brooke at 303-962-4244.
     
  8. If the proof is correct, sign it and fax it to 303-449-1877. 
     
  9. Upon receipt of the signed artwork proof, we will call you to get payment.
     
  10. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover.  Checks are accepted but the order will not be processed until the check clears. 
     
  11. 50% payment for the order is due when you place your order. Upon receiving your products to our warehouse, the remaining 50% will be due. We will contact you when your product is ready for delivery (see the individual product pages for detailed lead-time information).
