  Custom Printed Hot & Cold Cup Terms & Conditions

A $200 non-refundable deposit per cup size and design must be received upon submitting artwork. This amount will go towards the final invoice.  Proofs will not be provided until deposit is collected. 

A completed credit application is required for each order, regardless of the dollar amount.

Eco-Products has a one-time, non-refundable art charge of $50 per cup size and design for cold cups.  The charge for hot cups is $150 per color.  The first proof will be sent to customer within 2 weeks of artwork submittal.

Artwork must be submitted in Adobe Illustrator files and vector format. Text must be converted to outlines. Failure to submit art in proper format will result in a graphic design charge of $90/ hour.

One proof edit is free of charge. Any additional changes made to proofs will result in a graphic design charge of $90/ hour.

Maximum of 4 spot colors on hot and cold cups. Artwork must be submitted with exact PMS/ Pantone color numbers. Full color process is available for hot cup printing.  Colors may vary slightly on finished product.  Alignment could be up to ¼ inch off in any direction; overlapping at seam could be up to ½ inch.

After art is approved and PO is received, production time is 14-16 weeks for hot cups and 10-14 weeks for cold cups. (Ship time to the end customer from our warehouse is not included)  Lead times may vary.  Rush production is not available.  Expedited shipping is available at the customer’s expense.  Warehousing is not available.

Free shipping in the contiguous U.S. on all hot cup orders over 200 cases and cold cup orders over 100 cases (excluding lids). All orders under these amounts and/or shipping to outside of the contiguous U.S. will be charged freight.Actual cases produced will be within +/- 10% of the ordered quantity. Customer agrees to pay for produced cases within this range.50% of the order total is due when signed proofs are submitted. The remaining 50% balance is due when cases are shipped to the customer. Shipping charges may change between the time the order was quoted and the time the order is shipped.

Once production begins, customer will be responsible for invoice total.

Custom printed products may not be returned. 

  Custom Printed EcoGrips Terms & Conditions

A $250 or $350 non-refundable plate charge must be received before printing can begin. A completed credit application is required for each order, regardless of the dollar amount.

Artwork must be submitted in an Adobe Illustrator file and vector format. Text must be converted to outlines. Failure to submit art in proper format will result in a graphic design charge of $90.00 per hour.

Maximum of 2 spot colors may be used.  Artwork must be submitted with exact PMS color codes. Colors may vary slightly on finished product.

1/16th of an inch must be kept between colors to avoid possible trap or “floating” problems.  Art must be 3/8ths of an inch from edges of EcoGrip.  Alignment could be up to ½ inch off in any direction.

Production times vary 4-8 weeks—after art is approved, Terms and Conditions are signed, and PO is received.  Rush orders are not available.

Free shipping in the continental U.S. on all orders over 100 cases. All orders under 100 cases and/or shipping outside the continental U.S. will be charged freight. Warehousing is not available.

For orders less than 240 cases, actual cases produced will be within +/-20% of the quantity ordered. For orders more than 240 cases, the actual cases produced will be within +/-10% of the quantity ordered. Customer agrees to pay for produced cases within this range.

50% of the order total is due when signed proofs are submitted. The remaining 50% balance is due when the EcoGrips ship to customer. Shipping charges could change between the time the order was quoted and the time the order is shipped.  Warehousing is not available.

Once production begins, customer will be held responsible for invoice total.

  Custom Printed Corn Mugs Terms & Conditions

Digital proofs are recommended. One proof edit is free of charge.

Artwork must be submitted with PMS/ Pantone color numbers. A PMS Color Match charge may apply if customer does not choose from the Standard Imprint Colors. Colors may vary slightly on finished product. Alignment could be up to ¼ inch off in any direction.

After art is approved and PO is received, production time is 7-12 business days. (Ship time to the end customer from our warehouse is not included) Rush production is not available, however expedited shipping is available at the customer’s expense.

50% of the order total is due when order is placed. The remaining 50% balance is due when cases are shipped to the customer. Shipping charges may change slightly between the time the order was quoted and the time the order is shipped.
