What is your minimum
order?
Our minimum order varies according to the type of item you order. Please view the page
of the product you’re interested in for specific minimum
order information.
Can you print less than the minimum order if I pay an
additional fee?
No.
Nothing can be printed less than the minimum order, even if
you pay a fee. These are industry standards for
manufacturers.
Is the minimum order per size or for my entire order?
The minimum order is per size per design. Each design and
each size of product has a minimum order and you cannot
combine sizes or designs to meet the minimum. This is the
industry standard for manufacturers.
How do I submit artwork?
Artwork will be submitted by emailing the file to
brooke@ecoproducts.com.
What electronic format should the artwork be submitted in?
All artwork must be submitted in a vector format. This is
either an AI format (Adobe Illistrator), EPS format
(Encapsulated Post Script), and sometimes a PDF file if
coming from your graphic designer. If the art comes in an
incorrect format, we cannot use it.
Do you have any
artwork fees?
Artwork
fees depend on the manufacturer of the product and if any
changes need to be made to the artwork design. Some
manufacturers have an artwork fee and some manufacturers
offer fees only if artwork needs to be changed. Each
product has its own requirements so please view individual
product pages for details.
Can you
design my cup logo for me?
No. You must have your design completed prior to submitting
your artwork. In some cases we can make some minor changes,
but we cannot design your logo from scratch. We might be
able to offer assistance in converting formats of your
artwork (i.e., from JPEG to Adobe). If you don’t have a
logo designed, we recommend contacting a graphic designer
near your location of business.
How many colors can you print on a cup/coffee cup/sleeve?
Each product has its own detailed set of printing
requirements. Some products allow full-color printing and
some products only allow 1 color printing. Please see the
individual product page of the product you’re interested in
for more details.
Will I receive a sample of my cup/mug/food container with my
artwork on it before I order?
No, you will not receive a sample of your
cup/mug/food container with your artwork on it prior to
ordering. However, you will receive an electronic proof of
your artwork so you can see what the final product looks
like on paper. You will be required to sign and approval
the electronic proof prior to ordering.
Can you send me samples?
Yes, we’d be happy to. You can
order samples here.
If I send you my
artwork, can you send me a sample of what my cup, mug,
or water bottle will look like?
No, we cannot send you a sample of your cup/mug/water bottle
with your artwork on it prior to ordering. However, we will
send you an electronic proof of your artwork so you can see
what the final product looks like on paper. You will be
required to sign and approval the electronic proof prior to
ordering.

How
much space will the minimum order require?
Each product and size requires a different amount of storage
space. Please view the product page you’re interested in to
determine the amount of space required. Each product page
lists the amount of space required to warehouse the minimum
order.
Can you warehouse
some or all of the cups, mugs or soup cups?
We offer warehouse fulfillment services for businesses that
go through a minimum of 300 cases per year. If you do not
go through 300 cases per year, we suggest finding a storage
or warehouse facility near your place of business.
When is my payment due?
50% will be due to begin the production process. The
remainder will be billed when you receive your product. Please call us if you have any questions
about our payment policy.
What forms of
payment are accepted?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover Card.
Business checks are accepted, but your order will not be
processed until your check clears with our bank.
Is shipping
included in the price?
We offer free shipping on some products, but not all. Please view the
product page of the product you’re interested in for more
details.
How long until I
receive my order?
Each product has a different print lead-time. Please view
the product page of the product you’re interested in for
more details. Typical print lead-time is 8-12 weeks, but
some products might be significantly shorter or longer.
How do I place an order?

Can I order online?
Since artwork needs to be submitted via email, we do not
currently offer online ordering for custom printed
products. You can, however, order lids online for some of
the cups. Please call us with questions (303-962-4244).
