   Order Samples

Before purchasing a large quantity of cups or other products, we encourage you to order samples so you know what you’re getting.  These samples are products that we have printed for customers in the past. Unfortunately, these samples cannot be printed with your logo.  If you want to see a sample product with your logo, you must submit artwork, pay the deposit, and we will prepare an artwork proof for you.

Shipping Restrictions and Information
We can not ship to APO or PO Boxes.
We primarily use UPS for all our shipping needs. 
Shipping is based on US continental zip codes only.

Web Orders

All orders are shipped on the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays).  To calculate your estimated shipping date, please consult the UPS transit shipping map to estimate your expected delivery date and add 1 business day since we ship all orders the next business day.  Same day shipping is not available for web orders. 

Phone in orders
All orders placed via the phone are shipped on the next business day.  

Expedited shipping options: UPS services (i.e. 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air)
If you are placing a phone order before 12 noon, and would like the order shipped same-day, there is a mandatory $25 rush fee added on top of any regular shipping charges.  If you place your order via phone after 12 noon, your order will be shipped out on the next business day and will be shipped according to the shipping method you have chosen without any additional expedite fees.  There are no exceptions for this policy.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship to any other country other than Canada.  Please be aware that if you live in Canada, additional shipping fees, duty and custom fees and other fees may be added to the overall shipping charges of your order.  Those charges might not be known at the time of processing your order and you could be charged additional customs, brokerage, and duties after your order has shipped.
